The location was marvelous and fantastic, close to David. I truly enjoyed the room with a view. - There was well-prepared and rich breakfasts with delicious coffee. it was a privilege to stay here in the heart of Assisi with an unparalleld view over the valley... our hosts were incredibly helpful - the breakfasts delicious - the room quiet and spotless..easy internet access..awoken to the sound of birds and bells... a few moments away from Basilica....we didn't want to leave.. would recommend this beautiful place unconditionally.

A nice way to end my trip. Fairly clean hotel, new-fashioned rooms, good and fab location right next to the cathedral—the center of the city. Incredibly welcoming and very pleasant staff, always with a smile. Plenty of options for well prepared breakfast. Excellent service, public parking available nearby. Late check-out...

The location was brilliant and awesome, with a medieval cathedral close by. the breakfast was delicious, with rich and well-prepared coffee. - the view of Battistero was fantastic.

The owner of the hotel waited for us to come even if we were 2 hours late after the check-in time and helped with the parking in the city.

It was noisy because of the street sounds.

the austerity was a bit dissappointing. seems that a lot could be gained by investing very little in lifting the spirits of the hotel by adding color. it was a quite a dreary place. I recommend you take a look at photos of the Imperial B & B in Rome for some good examples of how creative use of a little paint (which is cheap) and fabric (can also be cheap) can transform a small plain room into a sweet, romantic, cozy and memorable experience. I will happily refer people to the Imperial. Not so much to the Battistero.

The location was great, not too far away from a medieval cathedral. the room was exceptionally clean and airy. - It had a clean functional bathroom. I previously stayed at this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in the room. Perfect views of the cathedral and simply wonderful facilities.

The room here was pretty small, but the staff was super friendly from the moment I arrived until I left after breakfast. My room was a good size and had an amazing view of the cathedral and baptistery. 🌟

Was an amazing view and position-could be noisy with windows open, but there were shutters so ok. Very convenient for all the sights-right in Duomo Square. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was dlivered to our room-it was adequate. The owner was very helpful to carry up our bags 4 floors as there is no lift being in an old building.We were thankful for help with taxis, to and from our car which had to be parked outside of the old city centre.

The only drawback I can see was the stairs to take up the luggage-4 floors but the owners helped us or we couldnt have managed it.Couldnt have the windows open because of the noise from the street and the bells, but there was a fan so that didnt matter and was part of the charm of staying right in the centre of Florence.

I appreciated the amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, and a kettle. the location was truly spectacular, situated in Florence's most beautiful square, and only a short walk away from a medieval cathedral.

This B&B has an unbeatable location right in the heart of Florence, just steps away from major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Academia, and more. Perfect location, friendly staff, tasty hot chocolate and most rooms have a stunning view of the duomo.

Breakfast is (quite) poor, the single room and bathroom are quite small and there is no elevator (lots of stairs)
